At Savo-Karelian Productions, we believe that every creator's story is worth telling through sound. Our story is deeply intertwined with different creative journeys which all share a passion for exceptional tones. We're more than a simple audio production company; we're a community on a mission to make outstanding audio accessible to all.

What began as some musical shenanigans between a group of like-minded creators back in 2019 has evolved into a label that has collaborated and been in the makings of hundreds of tracks and releases spanning dozens of different genres. All this time has made the vision stronger - to provide artists and people of all backgrounds with solutions that match their needs. Whether you're just starting your musical career or have performed on stages around the world, our doors are open to you.

Aki Vartiainen
Over 10 years of experience in field of music (including likes of dozens of own musical projects, some gigs and live sound engineering) has made Aki a professional worker in audiocrafting. However, his journey in the marvelous world of sound is just at the beginning and his passion to learn and create more and more awesome music is now taking its next steps as he wants to help other people to make awesome music (and other audio productions) too.

For Aki, music is at its best when it's atmospheric, emotional and a bit rough on the mixing side of things - on the whole scale from dark underground music to merrier jolly tunes. His favorite artists and bands include such names as HIM, Sangre de Muerdago, Slowdive, Daughter, The 69 Eyes, Percival Schuttenbach and Amorphis.

Besides listening to these old favorites it is at least as important, one could (and would) say that even more important is the discovering of new acts and to keep getting inspired by these new talents out there. It is this very thing that truly makes Aki a worthy coworker in things related to music and audio - to get inspired by others and maybe even succeed to give inspiration back in form of awesome sounding things.
